Spring Farm is a former New York State, rehabilitation facility, containing a 1.5 story farmhouse and a 12,000± square foot riding arena. The facility is sited on approximately 106 acres, located in Wayne and Ontario Counties. The property is roughly 45 minutes from Rochester, NY.
Additional amenities include approximately 10 horse stalls, riding trails, a pond, a garage, and multiple storage and outbuildings. The house has large rear and side decking, enclosed porches, and a fire alarm system. Utilities include private water and septic systems, and an oil hot water heating system.
Spring Farm was used by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities as a day rehabilitation center. The pleasant rural setting and horse riding trails combined to aid clients with social and motor skills.
